Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an ongoing IT Consultancy, Software Development, or Maintenance project, you must provide a written notice of at least 30 days. You will be billed for all work completed up to the cancellation date.

Company Cancellation: MASCEV PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to cancel a project due to non-payment or breach of contract by the client.

To cancel your enrollment in our IT Training and Internships or Professional Certification programs, you must submit a request via our Help Center.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time may result in the forfeiture of the entire fee.

Physical Goods: Orders for physical training materials can be cancelled only before the product has been shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Digital Goods: Orders for e-books and online course access cannot be cancelled once the download link or access credentials have been sent.
